Our Eurekamatic, equipped with an automatic vice and perimeter laser scanner, was the solution we found to meet the customer’s need.
In fact, thanks to the customization of the tube bending tools, Eurekamatic becomes a highly efficient tube bending machine guaranteeing an excellent degree of repeatability.
Eurekamatic is more than just a machine; in fact, it allows as many as 4 different processes to be performed: angle benders, circle-curve benders, tube benders with and without mandrels, and scroll-spiral benders.
Manufactured from a cast iron monoblock and designed to process cold iron, it is extremely easy to use because it is managed and assisted by built-in software, which allows total accuracy and effectiveness of the bending system. The display shows the desired bending angle and constantly informs the operator about the position and displacements of the bending axis.
The software allows the storage of 45 bending programs, and tool changes are very quick and easy.
The machine can work in both manual and semi-automatic modes, reducing machining time and errors.
There is also the possibility of making the vice lock pneumatic or hydraulic and other customizations according to the needs of the individual customer, as happened in this case.
