The Memoli Company is founded in Milan, one of the most industrialised areas of Northern Italy. It gets its name from its founder, Mr Mariano Memoli.
Who we are
Founded in 1967, the MEMOLI Company has been manufacturing manual and motorised bending machines ever since, for more than 50 years. The Company started as a small craftmen workshop which then developed its technologies and products to suit them to nowadays requirements.
The first Eureka unit is designed and produced, and finally patented
The first Universal motorised bender Eurekamatic, a real revolution in times of a great industrial ferment
Corporate merger between Memoli and OMV (acronym for “Officine Meccaniche Vergani” – Vergani Mechanical Workshops). This event is a big step forward, as it allows to control and complete every production step within the Company itself.
Memoli moves to Concorezzo, in the province of Monza and Brianza, in the Headquarters of OMV.
Sales and service activities are undertaken in North America, supported by a Company based in Alabama. This collaboration leads to a rapid expansion in the US market.
The new ETM Series of tube benders without mandrel is launched on the market with the first models of ETM 60 and ETM 76.
Memoli expands and renews, moving to a new production facility.
The range of tube benders gets wider with a new model capable of bending tubes up to 90 mm diameter and 6 mm thickness.
In order to better meet the Customers requirements, pipe benders are developed with hydraulic clamps and core.
The new ETM 150 is designed in addition to the ETM series and it is produced for the petrochemical and construction sectors. This machine can bend tubes up to Ø 150 x 9 mm thickness.
Design and production of the “Digital Bend Programming Touch Screen”, an innovative control software extremely easy to use via the touch screen.
According to the National Plan of the Ministry of Economic Development concerning Industry 4.0, Memoli develops a program able to remotely connect the new tube benders.
Memoli would like to present their new series of 3-axis CNC bending machines for the linear bending of tubes up to 65 mm diameter.
The bending machines of the ACH series are fully automatic bending machines with CNC 3 axes: bending (Y axis), advancement (X axis) and rotation (Z axis).
The ETM-H range of semi-automatic hybrid tube bender is ideal for the machining of thin tubes without deformation of the processed tube: a compact, high-performance and economical solution.
In semi-automatic bending machines of the ETM-H series, the bending function is performed automatically, while the feeding and rotation of the tube between the bends must be performed manually.
Simplicity, sturdiness and precision are the key features of this particularly cost-effective line.

While many companies have decided to outsource or relocate their production by focusing on cheap and low quality products, we in MEMOLI have focused on the performance and reliability of our products, producing all the components of our machines internally. We decided to concentrate in the same plant– in Italy– the Research and Development Centre and Production, to reduce the time of problem solving, thus improving quality and speeding up the process of new products development.
