Memoli Bending Machines, experts for over 55 years in the tube bending machine industry, invests in the relaunch of Simasv, a historic manufacturer of horizontal press brakes. The brand becomes part of the memoli group, thus preserving its know-how of excellence.

The goal of the Memoli Group’s investment is to safeguard the know-how of the company that has been producing machine tools for more than 65 years. Memoli is ready to support the revitalization of the company with its professional expertise to bring it back to its historic success.

With Simasv, Memoli Bending Machines’ machine tool offerings are further expanded: in addition to the historic tube bending and profile bending machines, the catalog now includes horizontal press brakes, notching machines and punching machines.
