ETM 76 TUBE BENDER FOR TOWING HOOKS PRODUCTION

A new challenge was on Memoli’s doorstep: one of the largest manufacturers of towbars was looking for a simple and sturdy tube bending machine capable of bending steel bars to make towbars.

The choice fell on our ETM 76 tube bending machine without mandrel.

The ETM tube bending machines are equipped with the latest technology for tube and profile bending without mandrel, which can bend both to the right and to the left.

This range of machines handles tubes from 8 mm to 168 mm in diameter and can bend over 180° with a minimum radius of 2,5 x Ø tube with the highest manufacture quality.

All machines in the ETM series are made from solid steelblock and the tools are made from the solid C45 steel material.

Extremely easy and fast to use thanks to the “Digital Bend Programming Touchscreen“, the software specially created for our machines is able to select as many as 99 programs with 5 bending angles each and with automatic correction of the elastic return (springback). In addition, our software allows you to store your realized projects as repeatable programs.
