Resumption of Activities: A Special HLN Coiling Machine Installed in Sweden
After the summer break, Memoli Bending Machines resumed its activities with a new international project: the installation in Sweden of a special HLN coiling machine, designed and manufactured to meet the specific production requirements of the customer.
The installation, commissioning and start-up of the machine involved our team from the very first days after the summer break, marking the beginning of a new season of international projects and installations.
A Special Machine Designed Around the Customer’s Requirements
The HLN is a coiling machine designed for the production of spirals with right-hand and left-hand winding, with the possibility of producing spirals with a constant or variable pitch, managed directly by CNC.
As with all our special machines, this solution was developed starting from the specific requirements of the customer’s production process, with the aim of combining performance, reliability, flexibility and cost optimisation.
The use of high-quality mechanical and electronic components helps ensure reliability and consistent performance over time.
Simple and Intuitive CNC Control
The machine is equipped with the CNC Coiling Program TouchScreen, developed to make machine operation and programming simple and fast.
The system allows operators to set the required production parameters and save projects as repeatable programs, simplifying the management of subsequent production runs and helping to improve overall process efficiency.
From Design to Installation
The development of a special machine begins with a close collaboration between the customer and our Design Department.
Every project is followed through all its stages: from the analysis of production requirements and feasibility study, to cost evaluation, layout development and machine design, through to manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
This approach allows us to develop customised solutions specifically designed around each customer’s actual production needs.
From Italy to Sweden
This new installation in Sweden is another example of Memoli Bending Machines’ ability to develop and supply special machinery for wire processing to customers worldwide.
With the summer break now behind us, our team is already back at work on new projects, continuing to provide customers with experience, technology and customised solutions for wire processing.
